* Twin/Single Bed (2): King bed in second bedroom of main house can be split into two twin beds. Two comfortable double Aero beds on aluminum frames are also available. Ask us about this option for groups.
* Convertible Bed: Den has an amazing "American Leather" brand Queen fold-out sofa with memory foam mattress that sleeps as well as a TempurPedic bed.  Room has a door and is totally private.

* Kid Friendly: We love children and Hummingbird Villa is a veritable wonderland for kids. Fine furniture and appointments require that children be well behaved and monitored.
* Smoking Not Allowed: We do not allow smoking inside the houses. However, Saba has perfect weather year 'round, so feel free to smoke outside. Hummingbird Villa has a wooden interior, therefore we strictly prohibit smoking indoors. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
